Last Friday, Mr. Rhodes sent home a short survey on a blue form. He would like these from each parent if possible by this Friday. Some students said they misplaced theirs so I sent more home today. Please do your best to return these in a timely manner so we can be aware of the best ways to communicate with you. Thank you!
