Parents,

100% homework turn in and hard workers today! Yeah!

Essay contest.  Your child is participating in an essay contest by the Toledo Lucas County Library.  Students who submit the best essay in their age group can win cash prizes up to $200.  We are working on typing our rough drafts into a google document and will send these essays this Friday if they are done.  In order for them to be submitted for consideration for the prize, each must have the permission slip I sent home filled out and signed.

Culture boxes.  With several students being absent and Mrs. Manos being sick today, the presentations are running behind.  All students should be preapred to present tomorrow if they have not presented yet.

Reminders:

• Friday, March 22 is "Wear your Level Color" spirit day - 4th grade is BLUE
• Friday, March 22 is International Food Day to celebrate culture boxes
• Saturday, April 13 at 7:30 AM - Powerhouse 5K/1K Run/Walk
• "Like" the WPC on Facebook to keep up to date on Parents Club events
