10-23 Daily Update

Parents,

I will be sending a separate e-mail with conference times.  I will need parents who missed Open House to call the office to schedule a time.

I had a great response on the 2 liters for the party.  I am all set for this quarter. Thank you, parents!

We are doing an owl unit at school this week.  We are learning about owls by reading and watching videos about them.  We will also have a speaker from Nature's Nursery come and give a talk about owls.  She will be bringing some feathered friends with her!  Finally, on Friday we will be dissect an owl pellet to learn more about the anatomy of an owl's prey.

Reminders:

• The class party is Friday, October 26.  Students who are on the planning party will organize some games and party activities next week.

Read your AR book for 15-20 minutes each night

AR Goal for Wednesday is 100%

Social Studies:
