1-11-13 Daily Update

Parents,

Thank you.  We had some more snacks and coffee filters brought in today.  Thank you so much to the families that have donated items!

Social Studies.  Your child has a study guide for their test on Tuesday.  Have them start reviewing the vocabulary and concepts this weekend so they don't have to "cram" on Monday night.

Science.  We are studying Matter right now.  This is a chemistry related unit where students learn properties of matter, states of matter, and the differences between physical and chemical changes.

End of 2nd Qu.  This Thursday is the end of the quarter.  Students  will need to reach 100% or higher of their quarterly AR goal in order to earn this quarter's pizza party.  Most, but not all, students have exceeded this goal already.

Reminders:
