Right ro Read week. Next week is Right to Read Week. Our theme is "Reach for the Stars." Our famous author will be coming on Tuesday, and we will be doing daily reading activities each dy to go along with the theme.
International food fest. Thanks for all of the yummy food items brought in today. They looked terrific. I will post some of the pictures from the food if I get a chance this weekend.
Culture boxes. Great job on this project! The boxes, artifacts, and facts gathered looked terrific. We hope that your child learned a lot from this project about their heritage. If so, send Mrs. Manos a quick e-mail telling her this!
AR Pizza party. Today was the last chance to earn points for the AR Reading goal this quarter. I will send out an e-mail after I have a chance to check the final report as to who earned this for reward. The pizza party will be Wednesday. I could use a donation of one 2-liter for the party.
