11-1-12 Daily Update

Parents,

Thank you parents for your tremendous support at Parent Teacher conferences today.  I look forward to meeting with the rest of you on Monday.  

The student's homework for the long weekend is to READ, READ, READ.   Students will be expected to be above 15% of their quarter goal by the Wednesday they return.  

Because of the short week, we will also be holding off on our next Spelling list until the following Thursday, November 15 (Lesson 10.)  This time off is a great opportunity for students to brush up on multiplication facts which will be a focus after next week.

Reminders:

• Conferences are Monday, November 5.  See my previous e-mail for times.
• There is no school on Tuesday, November 6 due to Professional development.  Don't forget to vote!
