A few quick notes today... A letter went home today about a Personal Safety presentation that students will be listening to in the coming weeks. Read the letter for more information.
Our Powerhouse theme of the month is Math. Students will have a Math related message each morning on the announcements from Mr. Rhodes. Students will also receive a blue slip with a Math challenge problem of the day. These can be turned in each day and correct answers will be drawn for prizes. The problems are optional.
Speaking of math...Students have a test tomorrow over data and graphs. See below for a great way to practice for the test.
Starting November 12 Student Council will be holding a canned food drive.
Reminders:
- The Scholastic Book Fair is still going on - if you haven't yet, go check it out!
- Turn in recorder $ or bring one fro home in
- Bring in Canned good for food drive starting Nov. 12
