8-10-12 Daily Update

Parents, 

Happy Monday!  There were  a lot of tired kiddos today.  Be sure your child is getting a good night's rest before each school day.

Students are expected to have mastery of both addition and subtraction facts no later than the end of the 1st quarter.  Many students are still on these operations using the Math Facts in a Flash program.  There are lots of ways to practice at home.   There's the tried and true methods of flash cards.  Students can also log into Moodle:Math to access math fact games and fact sheet printables.  Your child can also practice using Math Facts in a Flash at home.  Use the Home Connect link to access this.

Reminders:

• Scholastic book orders will be due Sep 21.  Online order or sending a check are fine.
• Pictures went home last Friday if you had them taken at registration
• Soul Shop is this week.  This is our Peace Making/Anti Bullying program.
